Had to wait way too long for the products. Initially the order did not come through to him while it was paid for. Had to look up all the products myself because they knew nothing about it. The Ugears 3D mechanical butterfly puzzle is poorly made. The pieces don't fit, even after sanding and lubricating. After 3 hours of work, we broke several pieces and couldn't complete the assembly. Assembly of the Wooden City mystery box is not yet complete, but I'm satisfied so far. The instructions are clear, the parts detach easily from the brackets, and the pieces fit together quite easily. The only drawback is that it's much smaller than the photo.
