The parcel had a long way to go but I was really surprised how fast the delivery from France to Austria Innsbruck worked. As always, the Austrian parcel service once again managed to make a hole in my parcel because they will never learn that they shouldn't throw parcels. But luckily the kit was undamaged. My kit is from Trumpeter and I'm really looking forward to assembling it! And as always I got a great kit from the company 1001 Hobbies. Thanks for that!!!

However, contrary to what was displayed on the merchant site at the time of ordering, the items ordered were not in stock and had to be restocked by the supplier, which delayed the dispatch of this order. After a complaint, the sales department estimated that this product would be shipped within 3 to 5 working days, but I'm positive that it was in stock (four items remaining) at the time of my order. While this malfunction of the site or stock management had no effect on the final outcome of the transaction, it did damage the image of the service.
