Model didnt arrive. No response from customer service. Now having to try and get refund from credit card company. Update.. 10pm Mon 5th Oct. Still no contact from customer service... Didn't receive any address verification email, just one saying it was in transit and then one saying it was delivered. UPS courier service admits they can't give me proof of delivery (despite address being a very well known naval base) and UPS advise me to take up with sender. This was meant to be a birthday gift for my son, but nothing arrived. Really disappointing.

My order was packed well shipped promptly (especially considering the craziness of ordering something from overseas right now with the Covid-Craziness) and the prices were reasonable. I'll happily deal with this vendor/business again.

So far it's all going well but because of the Corona crisis I can't really say much about it. original item ordered did not arrive as got sent wrong item and when tried to correct original given as unavailable so made request for substitute item that received ok, a bit disappointed that original item not available but substitute item ok so satisfactory outcome after bit of a wait

Everything is correct except for the use of ""coupons. The e-mails sent are incomplete and not always easy to use. We'll put this down to inexperience.

The Company communicates in incorrect Italian. The expected delivery date was exceeded. Without my request I was notified immediately that the order was completed. From subsequent emails the order was actually completed more than a week later and subsequent to my reminder. This does not engender a climate of trust. The online tracking on the site is not useful as it has only a few possible statuses and does not clarify the status of the order. I did not give three stars because in the end the product arrived to me and is what I ordered. But the information to the Customer is severely lacking.

The boxes were damaged and some crushed. But luckily no part of the models was touched. The carrier should take more care of your products. Otherwise I have nothing to say about the rest of your service except that it was perfect. Sincerely FrédÃ

Well done for handling the order of 16 09 2020 delivered on 25 09 2020 . However, this replaced the same order of 30 07 2020 which never reached me.

Hello I'm a beginner model maker and I've come across your site to order the equipment I need to get started in good conditions. Model paints workstation carpets various tools etc.. My dissatisfaction concerns a pair of pliers with black handles sent with the kit (6 paints, 3 brushes, glue and pliers). I find it difficult to supply a lower-end pair of pliers. Useless because not fine enough to scratch. The blue-handled pliers sold separately are apparently of much better quality, and in any case usable because they're finer. In short, if the rest of my order complies with the fast and careful shipment, you've stupidly lost a customer. In fact, I've just bought a cabin airbrush compressor and quite a lot of c

Perfect shipping... Always satisfied. The delivery time was a bit longer than usual...that comes from the carrier apparently. In short, I'm sticking with 1001 maquettes.

hello.i'm not happy with your service.i sent you back a new airplane received damaged. You did nothing except to send it back to me with a letter saying that you had called the distributor and that it was a manipulation to be done on the transmitter. I called kyosho myself, who confirmed that they had never distributed this kit in BNF (without radio and batteries).I called your secretary a fortnight ago, who has done nothing since. What's more, the first time I sent the kit back, I was obliged to pay 11euro40 for the colissimo because your secretary confirmed that she had omitted to send me the return barcode. I only had the sav code.
