In spite of the problems of sending parcels I have received them all (2 small items of paint) in view of the many people who also have problems try other sites and do not buy on this site. I received the little model and despite the packaging it arrived a broken piece. Disappointed and had no response via email! Poor customer service!

Order placed on April 6 after 9 days of ""package being prepared"" for 3 days it has been showing as shipped.All merchandise purchased was stated as ""in stock"" and immediately available for shipment. I am waiting for the goods to arrive but surely this is the first and last order. I understand the Covid emergency but this is not seriousness do not write that the goods will be shipped in 24 hours NOT TRUE!!!

Everything has arrived correctly but very slow 3 weeks since you buy it is a long time.

Order placed on March 29 and never arrived. Evaso by the way with express shipping. Phone contact only Frenchhave only responded to my emailsnon translated well into Italian. The delivery dates in the emails were just lies. My parcel sent several times was supposed to arrive on April 14. Never seen such a thing. I asked for cheap return.

One of the things I ordered does not correspond to the picture on the page: 49606 it was soldiers with mortars and mortar shells and in this box there is nothing like it.

Considering the Covid 19 emergency situation I do not think it is acceptable that the order (INCLUDING PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD) placed on the 3rd is shipped the requested material only on the 8th (having paid as much as 10 euros for shipping and having promised delivery by the 10th). Zero rating on the organization!!! I await a business proposal from the Company including an apology!!! WARNING!!!

Order placed on March 29 with choice of shipping by express courier for an additional charge. The package appears to have been shipped on April 8 but to date it has not arrived. In addition, the link provided on the site for DHL courier tracking does not work so it is not possible for me to get any information about the shipment. I understand the inconvenience due to Covid 19 however it does not seem to me to be a service up to the mark. I cannot give any evaluations on the quality of the goods as I have not yet received them.

HEAR HEAR !!! Today June 9, 2020 after almost 3 months after the order was delivered to me the package! Packed to the c.... of dog but with all items in good condition. An infinite time not even in case of nuclear armageddon would have taken so long to arrive especially when compared to all other e-commerce sites that have always shipped in reasonable time. The rating remains negative.
