Dat jullie prijs wat hoger ligt, dat kan gebeuren, maar meer dan 50% is absurd! Een vriendelijk, doch zeer dringend verzoek: Doe hier iets aan!!!!

Big scam I ordered figurines on the site twice as expensive as on another thinking that these were painted as shown in all the photos but on arrival I find myself with unpainted figurines paid full price and totally unusable. Out of 12 pots ordered, 2 do not conform. I ordered a steel red and received a steel red pot with dark grey inside. The delivery time was very long, but in a complicated health period, no blame can be laid. Decu on the other hand of these errors for which I'll have to make a new order.

Covid has a good back. Change the delivery dates on the site and at least answer the phone to reassure customers. If I did that with my customers....Bref I wouldn't order from 1001 hobb any more.

Considering the delay with the current conditions the delivery is good. The items received are of the quality I want. I just have a problem finding items (perhaps a fault on my part example I am looking for figurines Tamiya 135 it is the entire range TAMIYA that scrolls For the rest everything suits me. Jame

Vervolgens 5 dagen later antwoord gehad waar ik helemaal niks mee kon. Daarna nog 3x contact gezocht via de mail (want het buitenlandse nummer op de site doet het natuurlijk niet...) Geen reactie. Ik wil gewoon mijn geld terug en ik bestel hier NOOIT MEER. En als ik u was zou ik dat ook niet doen. Oplichters!

I ordered a TRX4 CHASSIS KIT on 23032020 with mode in 3 payments. The package is supposed to have been shipped on 11042020. To date? A (bleep). Sent several emails with always the same answer: ""will arrive shortly!"" I'll tell you what will arrive shortly na nice complaint complete with compensation!!! But for what (bleep) reason do you give availability if you do not have the goods in stock? Poiho paid an extra fee for shipping with tracking but the site (courier used by you) does not show me the location of the package having as message : the package will be delivered there shortly!!! Can you explain to me then why it is showing as SHIPPED? I give you maximum next week as time then starts the communication by legal way!!!!! PS: I can't give more than 3 stars sorry! The central problem was first securing the sale and then calmly sending the kit once they had it in stock! Unprofessional..... I recommend you to change supplier and courier.
