Order well processed and follow-up well done good job

Delivery compliant and relatively quick given the situation we're in. It's a pity the delivery charges aren't lower.

292 euro for a remote-controlled Beetle model that arrives without a motor, battery or remote control seems to me to be an anarchic situation that I can't stand; to find myself with a beautiful model (very expensive) that can't work unless I spend at least another 100 euros to start enjoying it, with the additional purchase of the motor, battery and remote control. Is it really honest to offer us such an opportunity??? Can you improve your ads so that we don't fall into the trap I did? I must admit that I'm looking for other service providers who are more honest in their presentation. I'd like an answer from you.

Simple, well-designed website. Well received the purchase within a reasonable timeframe (7 working days) during the known 'Coronavirus' circumstances (March 2020). The model box and general packaging were in order. On the other hand, the 'purchase tracking' service via pc did not work (in my case?) which added 'stress' to the concretization of this operation until the delivery date.

Product availability and speed of shipment. Only problem not yet verified: will the quantity of paints sent be sufficient to cover the needs of the customer?

- Ordered on 08022020. No indication of item availability or delivery date when I placed my order. - Still nothing received on 26022020! No information on the status of delivery despite the delay. I conclude that I was sold an item that was not in stock (which never arrived and which is now reported as unavailable). - I call customer service to cancel my order. The person I spoke to (a nice person, it has to be said) asked me to confirm it in writing and announced that a refund would not be forthcoming for another two weeks. - I write to express my dissatisfaction, saying that I'd been sold an item that wasn't available. I'm told I'm mistaken. What is it then? - I go back to the site today and I see that the order was cancelled on 10022020 !!! Instead of 26022020 (date of my call). - And finally: I've been trying to unsubscribe from the newsletter ever since and I'm still receiving promotional emails! I don't recommend this site!

En dan krijg je als antwoord op een mail, je hebt toch onze policy gelezen. Klantenservice nul, beleefdheid nul. Ik ga op de hobbyclub absoluut geen reclame maken....integendeel.....

Following my complaint that I had received cheaper replacement items but paid the same price as the items ordered, 1001 Maquettes sent a parcel containing the correct items at their expense. I would like to thank them for their prompt response to my last e-mail. It's a pity that this anomaly has become so serious because we didn't have a copy of the delivery note, that you have problems sending your e-mails and that you deduct the amount of the order as soon as you receive it and not the amount of the delivery when you send it.

Parcel ordered on March 18 still not sent to date (March 25). Damaged product This is the second order for this type of product to arrive damaged. One of the two display cases has several cracks at the level of one of the rings.

Overall, the service is good (shipping, delivery time, packaging, contact). However, I didn't give it top marks because I found the customer service answers imprecise. I had asked about the number of copies available of a product for a group order. Shortly after placing my order, the product was still available (perhaps a quick restocking...). I could have grouped my order instead of making 2. In conclusion, the customer service response is sometimes rushed, but it's still a good site with good service.
