Not at all satisfied I keep getting emails asking me if I am satisfied with my first purchase on this site but I still have not received the item. Rather loyal to the Tamyia or Italieri brands, I let myself be tempted by the more modestly priced Ark Models. I'm rather disappointed with my first impression. The quality of the plastics is average, and the assembly guide is reduced to its strictest expression (a poor quality photocopy), written in Russian, and above all, there's no color guide... Is this a surplus from the former USSR? Hopefully, assembly will be more pleasant than this first impression.

The cap of one of the paint cans exploded, obviously triggering ""pchit"" of paint. I haven't tested the can, but it seems to be OK and there were no casualties. The rest of the equipment ordered is OK... but that explains the low score. So be careful when preparing your parcels. I'll come back to you to get my supplies despite this little problem.

292 euro for a remote-controlled Beetle model that arrives without a motor, battery or remote control seems to me to be an anarchic situation that I can't stand; to find myself with a beautiful model (very expensive) that can't work unless I spend at least another 100 euros to start enjoying it, with the additional purchase of the motor, battery and remote control. Is it really honest to offer us such an opportunity??? Can you improve your ads so that we don't fall into the trap I did? Simple, well-designed website. Well received the purchase within a reasonable timeframe (7 working days) during the known 'Coronavirus' circumstances (March 2020). The model box and general packaging were in order. On the other hand, the 'purchase tracking' service via pc did not work (in my case?) which added 'stress' to the concretization of this operation until the delivery date.

Laatste bestelling ooit Laatste bestelling ooit, eerst krijg je een mail dat je item verzonden is, als je na 1 week vraagt waar je pakje blijft is er ineens een probleem met de leverancier, dus vraag ik wanneer mijn pakje zal toekomen en dat ze geen mail moeten sturen met track and trace als er nog niets verzonden is, het zou bij hun toekomen op het einde van de week begin volgende week, maar dan moet het nog naar mij gestuurd worden.....nog een week langer...... En dan krijg je als antwoord op een mail, je hebt toch onze policy gelezen. Klantenservice nul, beleefdheid nul. Ik ga op de hobbyclub absoluut geen reclame maken....integendeel.....
