Rip off company Don't Use After ordering items that were all supposed to be in stock from a UK.co. webpage I discovered that they are in France??? They had 2 items an the 3rd was being imported from manufacturer. Obviously not stock and I could have purchased the item from Kyosho in japan cheaper than the price they sell . Then waiting for items supposed to be in stock for 2 weeks from France still waiting. DO NOT USE NOT UK MERCHANT . .CO.UK IS A LIE Wednesday refund still not paid

Products a bit expensive and slow in delivery

I visit this site I look at an article and hop it is in my basket and impossible to remove it ! ! Forced sale or bug? In any case, I don't order on a site that forces the basket without being able to delete it. So at the end of my visit, I have 8 items in my basket that I didn't put in! So good luck with this

The free shipping is excessively slow. I have an online store and the free shipping is 48 hours maximum.

Not bad at all. Too bad that recent products are not always in stock. Some paint brands are also missing. On the other hand, the site is quite complete, with tutorials to familiarize you with the various tools. Keep up the good work!

Made in Chezc Republic that's the problem not user friendly extremely difficult to remove parts from plastic casting feeder lines. Leaving rough edges that need to be carefully cut down to fit. So far haven't found a cement that adheres to their type of plastic. After ship models and many aircraft models this is absolutely the worst i have ever incountered. trying to contact someone at 1001 for advice on 0490034 cement.

I appreciate the speed of delivery and that everything arrived in perfect condition. I miss a color catalog of each paint manufacturer that could be sent with the model (for future purchases).

As of today I have not received my order nor the refund of the amount paid nor any explanation about what happened despite having asked for it. A pity because until now I have never had any problem with any of my orders. I hope this is of some use. Sincerely Bernat Quetglas E

But 1001 Modellbau cannot find the return shipment! So no money back. Great! I wonder who is the fraudster here! If you want to save yourself a lot of trouble and frustration, it's better not to order here!!!!! And don't be fooled by the German presentation. This is a French company. That doesn't make a subsequent legal dispute any easier!

Ordered only 4 small items including a TX antenna for an old radio. I received the envelope with the correct delivery note, but only 3 items, the antenna not included (they can't count to 4?). No solution by phone, I had to send an e-mail and fill in ""Attestation sur l'honneur de réception de commande manquant"". The antenna had to be registered (resulting in a delay of 9 or 10 days), so where was the antenna that should have been in the e-mail?

I reserve my very bad opinion since I am not allowed to express myself in the terms I wanted to express.
