Order placed on 111117 one month later still no parcel delivered. I ask customer service about the status of my order because I haven't received anything. They tell me I'm missing half my items and that they'll send what they have in stock. In exchange he gives me a credit note for the amount of the 2 items I'm missing, plus free delivery. A week later I see the items I'm missing are available again on the site. I send an email to customer service and they tell me that the items I'm missing are not available. My opinion is mixed. they seemed very professional until I received my parcel of 8 paints with a completely dry pot of matt white inside. it wasn't even possible to stick the tip of a knife into it, so to speak. I contacted them by chat and the person suggested 2 times that I use solvent to dilute it!!!!! but it's as hard as a rock, it won't do any good to dilute it!!!!!! And when I ask for an exchange, no reply. I really wonder if he knows the paints he's selling.
