I made 2 orders in the first one after waiting more than a month they tell me that there are 2 products that they do not have and that they send me the order without those products giving me vouchers for the value of those products thus forcing me to repeat the bad experience of buying them again to redeem those vouchers.in my second experience after waiting more than a month again they do the same thing again there is a product that they do not have and they want to give me another voucher.a shame.

I was expecting a totally different packaging... I thought the small jars were at least 30-50ml and not 14ml... Given what I had to make. Nothing to say about the pro

Good evening First of all, thank you for the quality of the service and the follow-up. Two small points in particular. The first concerns the models and associated paintings. I placed my order in two parts: one for the models and one for the paints. But nothing serious. As for the second, the site carries around a slew of cookies (eight of them) and it's unpleasant. Now what you could do is verify that my payment was made on the 5th ( invoice #072471 201645) and not the 15th and I received it on the 22nd that is 14 business days and 18 calendar days NOT 7 and NOT 9 something that also has nothing to do with receiving it with broken parts because of the lousy packaging and which you have not mentioned anything about. I placed my order in early January (over 100.- Euros) and never received it! I contacted the after-sales service in March by e-mail, as telephone assistance was nowhere to be found. They replied within the hour, telling me to come back to me with more information... I'm still waiting for their explanations. Although I've written to them 2 or 3 times, they haven't replied! It's now April and I'm no longer waiting for a delivery that will never arrive, but I'd like to have my money.

I'm not demanding about delivery times (it's imperative that the people working there can do so in the best possible conditions and without having to be squeezed like lemons). I ordered on 010316 order being processed the next day 020316 until then everything is normal 050316 I decide to leave a message on the order to have news I receive a message telling me that an item is out of stock (5 to 7 days as stipulated) so there no worries I wait until 110316 still no response! while normally the waiting time is between 5 and 7 days not ten days. I also decided on 1103 to retract my order (no reply even on my mailbox) on 1503 I receive a message on my mailbox telling me that my order is going to be shipped I reply to this message saying that I have made a retraction request but I'm told that it's too late! really disappointed I'll order my models elsewhere I hope that the refund will be made more "" delivery ""!

I ordered on 24.01.16 Revell colors on 05.02.16 came an email that they are now being shipped is advertised with 7 to 9 days. On 11.02.16 another email came with a shipment tracking it said: ""The delivery time is from 5 to 7 days."" In the meantime I had given up hope and got the colors elsewhere. When they arrived I wanted to make use of my 30-day right of return. There was no return slip to be found so I packed a parcel and sent it back to France for €10 postage to the address given for returns. They refused to accept the return and the package was returned on March 14. I have written off the money for the colors, this is not a business practice, I can only recommend everyone not to shop there.
