But customer service is bad, when I told them my items are damaged, they replied my VERY slowly, although they did send me replacement parts. They don't even inform me that they are sending the replacement. Overall I am pretty happy now, because I got my replacement(still pretty slow), and the price is REALLY good!

I ordered from 1001Modellbau because I really liked their website. The goods I ordered were also immediately available and should have arrived within 2 days. In the end it took over 1 -2 weeks.
