However they kept in constant contact to notify me of the minor mishap as well as all other fulfillment (accepting request preparing package and shipping). I'm very disappointed and I'm still waiting for delivery of my order made on November 6. Today is November 22 and there's still no delivery. I find this deplorable! I've been waiting 15 days. What's more, my card was debited immediately! They could do a deferred debit when the parcel only leaves their premises.
