Pretty good. There was a small issue in figuring out if the item on their site was the one I was looking for. The picture shows the item out of the box and no box shown in the photo. I emailed them and they said they would attempt to find out more about the item from their supplier. After 2 weeks I heard nothing back. I decided to go ahead and order it since it was only 10 bucks(very good price) and it turned out that it was what I was looking for. The tracking didnt update during shipping but thats not really the company's fault.

I received my order with much delay on products indicated in stock moreover in 2 boxes of models it missed parts.

I ordered varnish and decals and everything arrived in an envelope with bubbles. ...the decals have suffered (folding, damage to a decal ...) the least I could do would be to slide the decal board between 2 sheets of cardboard, which would avoid, in my opinion, the deterioration of these somewhat sensitive boards.

Emails were responded to with generic ""we will let you know when we receive a status"". After 45 days I got a refund. They processed my refund timely, so I suppose that's a positive? Now I missed my uncle's birthday, and will have to order from scratch from somewhere else. Don't order from here if you have a deadline to mee!

First buying experience on 1001 models unfortunately not entirely satisfactory. The order placed (and paid for) on Sunday, July 6 arrived on Friday, July 25 despite the fact that all of the products ordered were marked as available except for 1 listed as in stock and shippable in 4-6 days. After about 10 days of waiting an email informed me that such product first delayed and then unavailable would be cancelled from the order its cost was returned to me in the form of a voucher for a later purchase (would have been more welcome the money back but so be it). Finally on the 17th the package is shipped the tracking number I receive only on the 24th (it tells me that on the 23rd the package left France was taken over by a courier) but by now it is of no use since it arrived on the 25th and mysteriously also contains the product unavailable! Just as well even though by now I had ordered it and received it (in three days!) from England. Positive sides: - lots of products that can be ordered - with sales you can find nice models at good prices. Negative sides: - standard shipping and delivery times too long even unnerving in case of temporary hiccups - though not the company's fault - in the delivery of the products - automatic communications via site account or via email unclear and often late - packaging definitely improvable considering the fragile and expensive nature of the goods handled.

Much too long delivery time even as a regular customer delivery only against prepayment .

Order still not received it's been 15 days I find this unacceptable especially for a shop in Paris I am very dissatisfied more no personalized follow-up hard customer service

Hello I received the models I ordered within a very reasonable time. However, I would like to point out that the models made in Eastern Europe are of poorer quality than those made in the West, as are the explanations, which are still very vague.

I found this site almost by accident I must say that the package arrived to me quite immediately! without any problems. Very satisfied!

After placing an order I was told that the item was not available and was correctly refunded the amount paid. So very reliable. However, it would have been even better if I had known in advance that the item was out of stock.

The selection of kits and accessories is fantastic but because their deliveries are slow because they use the postal service. If they had a courier option they would be about the best here in spain

The products and packaging are perfect. However, the delivery time is really long (10 days). This point needs to be improved.

I premise that my situation started by placing an order on 200514 has yet to be concluded...on 2105 I made the transfer and on 2605 they wrote me:"" YOUR ORDER IS READY YOU CAN ACCESS THE TRACKING OF YOUR SHIPMENT."" As well as' after my reminders as I could not find the said tracking and on the site gave my order still in processingthe day 0306 found this excuse that I have also read on other posts : "" FOLLOWING THE ERROR OF A SUPPLIER WE ARE ALWAYS WAITING FOR THE ITEM"": but how? Wasn't my order already ready? And then when I had made it the item in question was available even reported 4! 0806:"" THE PRODUCT IS SOLD OUT AND YOUR ORDER CANCELLED. WE WILL REFUND YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE."" Only after 3 more days they asked for my information to make the transfer and the next day I sent it to them punctually. the 1606:""THE REFUND SHOULD BE MADE TODAY OR IN THE NEXT DAYS"" . Of course the SHOULD was a must since to date (220614) I have not received anything yet and their response time to my emails has always been biblical. I hope the situation will be resolved as soon as possible since it has now been a month since my payment and two weeks since they said I would be refunded.... Conclusion:never had a worse experience even remotely comparable!

I will definitely make more purchases in the future hoping to avoid some misunderstandings that have arisen over payments
