Order with tracking sent on time, but rather long delay

It doesn't seem normal to me that they take a week to prepare an order for an object and then add to that the week it takes to ship it. And I needed it for a gift.

I placed my order on May 29, 2014, today is June 12, 2014, and I still haven't received anything. What's more, some CHRONOPOST delivery drivers systematically put a delivery notice on the pretext that I'm absent (whereas most of the time I'm at home).

The truth is that it is a good service at a reasonable price they provide data and shipping dates with a huge stock where you can find items that do not appear on other sites. It is interesting to have this reference

I should have been clued by their policy of charging for the item when ordered, not when shipped, so you have no option to cancel or refund an order after no contact or response after an extended wait period. If you use them expect double the wait for shipping and handling (items ship to them and then to you) and notice fluctuating site pricing. It took my order three weeks to arrive, and they said it was crossing the Atlantic the day before it was dropped on my porch on the US west coast. Most of their stock is sold to the public directly through the manufacturers. Good luck.

Good but delivery times a little too long

Two weeks to receive the order. Little or no information during the process. There is no way of knowing if the product is in stock or not, so you buy blindly, since at no time do they inform you, I guess so that you don't refuse. There is also no tracking of the shipment by the courier company. In short, there is room for improvement at all levels.

There's no doubt that n1001 Maquettes offers a wide choice of products, from hardware models to various products (paints, glues, etc.). However, order processing could be improved. For example, for a payment accepted on 2305, I received a message the same day announcing that the order had been processed, then three messages on the 29th and 31st announcing that the order had still not been dispatched due to a product backlog. It was only on 0206 that I received the dispatch message. At no time was I told what the missing product was, what the expected delay was, nor was it suggested that I give it up or replace it with something else. In short, a beautiful catal

Great Stuff but SLOW Shipping Ordered decal sheets which I could not find anywhere else and which were indicated as in-stock. Confirmation e-mail stated 6-8 days delivery time. 14 days after placing order I received an e-mail ""updating"" me and stating items were shipped from Europe and would need to stop at US facility before finally being sent to me. Items arrived well protected in rigid cardboard flat mailer and in great condition after about 4 weeks. Keep in mind that at the same time I placed this order I placed some other orders with vendors in Australia and Singapore. I received those orders in about 1 week via direct international mail as flat packages (just like these decals). Denver (where I live) to Paris distance is 4900 miles. Denver to Sydney is 8300 miles and Denver to Singapore is 9000 miles - get the picture? I don't know why it should take so long to get a flat mailer from 1001, but they really need to work on improving their shipping times. That being said, if I needed something that they had I would be confident ordering from them in the future, but would be aware of the long wait time.

Good catch-up after a bad first experience. The free shipping on this shipment makes up for it. The problem is that I think there's a problem with the email communication of the order status. The 1st time I received several extremely contradictory emails about my order and now I've received 2 emails on the same day 3 hours apart telling me that my order has been dispatched. I don't think it's been dispatched twice... :) . To be reviewed, otherwise all good this

I am very satisfied with the processing of my order, but I was only lucky to receive the parcel when it was delivered. The parcel did not have my full address on it. The postal worker found me in his database and then reached me personally, otherwise the parcel would have been returned. So only with a lot of luck.

The prices all over the site were within the market range. But the postage charged (8.90€) was excessive even for registered mail for a 20 gr. envelope. All the items were marked as available and 3 of them had 5-6 day shipping time indicated. I paid thru Paypal on the same day. The next day I received an e-mail message that the order has been processed and that I will receive my order in 6-8 days. After ten (10) days (on April 11th) I received another e-mail saying that my order has been shipped!!! Because the shipment had not arrived on April 29th, I sent an e-mail asking for details and where do they ship from. I got an answer the next day saying that they ship from France and that surface mail (!!!) might take longer to arrive. On May 12th I wrote again to their customer service complaining about the long delay in their delivery and asking for an answer. I also opened a dispute in Paypal's resolution center. I got a message the next day saying that the envelope must be lost and that one of the decal sheets was no longer available. I was given the option to buy something else from the site and so I did. The new order was processed the next day (May 14th), I received an e-mail on May 19th that it will be shipped soon (!!!) and finally an e-mail on May 21st that it was shipped (more than a week after the new order was placed). The envelope arrived on May 27th which is within the normal range for an intra EU 1st class mail. Mind you the postage affixed was 1,35 € !!!! I have to point out that I trade over the net constantly and never had a problem with lost mail in over 600 transactions during the last 8 years or so. There is something definitely wrong with their very slow shipping and equally slow customer response service. Possibly the items sent from the EU are not in stock there and have to be shipped from elsewhere thus the one week between ordering and shipping. I cannot detect any malicious intent but I am skeptic about any future purchases from them......

I placed an order with them and a week ago I received a different material at my home than the one I had purchased. In the last week I have sent them two emails explaining the incident and they have not even answered me.

Rubbish. Utter, unutterable rubbish. Their internet stock levels are a fiction. Their emails re unavailability do not agree with the items they actually send nor with later emails they send. When they do send something, they send the wrong items. Perhaps next time they should make sure the guide dog is awake when picking stock how an American landing craft can look like a Tiger II I don't know clever German camouflage I suspect. Avoid this firm like the plague. My advice is to buy from (external reference) in the UK. I will from now on.
