Slow, misleading e-mails- Took way too long to get order- was a cc order on-line, so saw no reason to wait the two weeks. Got many e-mails from the the whole time, misleading me into thinking ""it'll be here the next day or so""- actually a week or so more. I'll remember this in the future.

How long, oh Lord? I placed my order on Dec 19 2012, that was a month ago. It STILL hasn't arrived. I am less than pleased.

The model car was delivered on time, but the color requested was wrong: we received a red car and had ordered a white one.

Item was delivered well after it was promised and horrible customer service I ordered a model to be delivered for the holidays, and it ended up being delivered a couple of weeks late. Attempted to contact the seller several times without response. Do not recommend.

Unreliable and Unavailable 1001models is a horrible company that does not return e-mails or voice mails for weeks. They listed a model on their site with no mention that it was unavailable, then they e-mailed me it would ship in a few days, when in truth it was actually out of stock. After numerous e-mails and voice mails I finally got a note stating it was out of stock. This company is horrible do not do business with them. Oh and after I canceled this model order not once but twice they still shipped it 2 weeks later.

Not very good: I have several addresses registered with 1001 maquettes. I asked for delivery to my home address, but unfortunately the orders are systematically sent to my work address, even though I selected the right address when ordering (this has happened to me twice). I ordered several products indicated as available. Finally I received an e-mail telling me that one product was unavailable, but that the other 2 had been shipped anyway (so far, so good). Then I receive an email with a credit corresponding to the product that wasn't shipped. As I wanted this product, I ordered it on the site a few days later as it was available again. I ordered it but had to pay the shipping costs again. It's a pity when they could have sent it to me separately at no extra cost, as they do.

the parcel arrived without problem the contents were in good condition nothing to complain about just the delivery a little long but with the holidays otherwise everything is fine

After a few stomach aches regarding orders from abroad, my negative expectations were not confirmed. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the foreign bank transfer with its endless chains of numbers. The model was also delivered within a reasonable time. I will order from 1001Maquettes again.

Shipping took far too long.

The product fully corresponds to the description so I am absolutely satisfied. But the shipping time was a disaster: order processed on 18.12.2012 order processed on 21.12.2012 handover to shipping company confirmed by email on 24.12.2012 from DHL confirmation of collection delivered here on 04.01.2013. So the parcel was on its way from France to me for 14 days, of which it spent 10 days in the parcel center in Belgium alone. I understand that Christmas and the turn of the year are hot shipping times, but 10 days without any movement in a parcel center is a bit much. The statement in the email said that delivery would take place in 6 to 9 days. That didn't work out at all. MfG Uwe Clausen

I ordered a motorcycle model and was really disappointed. When I ordered, the product information was inaccurate (product to be assembled with glue as well as painted). When I received it, I realized that the bike had to be assembled and was already painted..... In addition, the delivery times were not respected, so I offered the model very late, which caused me a lot of inconvenience... I'm absolutely unhappy with my order and am still waiting for a reply from customer service regarding the refund.

No worries from 1001maquettes' point of view, the parcel is in perfect condition and the delivery times were correct for the Christmas period. However, the Colissimo clowns gave the parcel to one of my neighbors, even though the post office is only 20 metres from my home, without asking me for the person's identity or giving him mine... It's really irresponsible behavior knowing that I was in a hurry to offer this parcel.... In short, no hard feelings, but your managers should have a little chat with the Post Office or their president.

The product is absolutely top but the selection of the product is quite difficult because the pictures in the search are quite small and the magnification is not really good, but if you know what you want it is very easy to handle.

It's great on 1001 maquettes, there's a really wide choice! The models are quality. But 4 to 5 weeks delivery time: you'd think the branch was on the moon! The site is aware of this and tells you: week2: delivery has left week3: it's on its way week5: delivery !!! (e

The first impression is that you never feel like you're dealing with a machine, which is a good thing. Just like the systematic replies to the various e-mails you can send, which you can't afford to lose! The choice is wide, the site fairly well organized and the possibility of using Pay pal reassuring. However, wouldn't it be possible to indicate the paint references of the models on offer? That would be a great help, not to mention an additional selling point. I forgot: delivery companies employ wrestlers who have to fight with their parcels, given the state of the latter when they reach my hands! On the other hand, having understood the relative slowness of shipping, it would be a good idea, wherever possible, to give the recipient an estimate. This could prove important.
