I have had two experiences with this seller, the first was bad and the second was good. I first bought an idea product 10 months ago which was supposed to be available in 2 months, 2 months came and went, 4 months came and went and nothing had happened. after a few complaint emails I could have my money back or have the money as a voucher for their website. I opted for the voucher as I wanted to give the seller a second chance and this time I was not disappointed, everything arrived in good condition and even earlier than expected. My conclusion, criticism, and tip to the seller would be not to buy a pre-order product (and not to offer them Mr. Seller), because in my and many other cases the seller offers products that do not exist and are only speculated. My product was offered and sold to me even though it was not clear if it would ever be made again and after I got my money it turned out that it will indeed never be made again by the manufacturer in the foreseeable future. But as I said, as long as you don't pre-order anything bizarre I can recommend this store with a good heart

I have nothing against ordering but the conditions of the 1001PRIME program changed during the year by modifying the free shipping tier, a shame. Thanks to the support team who were very competent but this greatly diminishes the attractiveness of the site.

Everything arrived perfectly, but it took a long time. The delivery time from the time the order was placed until it was delivered was very long.

1st order and what a disappointment! Order placed on 09/09/2024 for a game in stock on 04/10/2024 the order is cancelled without any warning or a call from me. Strangely enough most stores have received the restocking of this product but not the odd one. The site can be proud of being French but does no better than a dubious foreign site.

The games I ordered arrived damaged because the packaging was too fragile and there was little protection inside. It's a shame, because customer service is pretty understanding, so I wouldn't recommend ordering from them.

This time I ordered three Heller paints and a Tamiya cement. The cement was perfect, one of the paints was fine but the other two came with less quantity and quite dry. Normally the Heller paint can weighs about 13.5 grams, these two did not reach 8 grams. On this occasion mal.....y am Prime.

Item arrived slightly later than expected given its size (it didn't fit in the worldwide relay locker.) Item conforms to my request. I recommend this site.

As far as I'm concerned (models and figurines 1/72 World War II) very good catalog but many references are missing and are more expensive than other platforms.

Everything perfect except the packaging. The bubbles are not enough so that the boxes do not arrive flattened. A pity.

Doing what they need to do

Shipping was fine. Unfortunately, the product had a flaw, which was a shame.

Not to be recommended: it took almost 3 weeks to deliver a 1/48-scale airplane model that was out of stock on the shelves. However, 48 hours after the order was placed, the value of the item was deducted from the bank account, which just goes to show that you can sell without a second thought, even if you know you won't be able to deliver within the announced timeframe. Lame!!!

WHEREAS, the order, as communicated at the time of purchase, was supposed to arrive by a certain date and arrived markedly later! Once delivered I found that a product was missing, after several calls to the service center, which made me fill out a claim form, I learned that the product, contrary to what was indicated, was not in stock and therefore was not sent to me! Instead of crediting the amount back to my credit card (for the value of the missing product) they made me a voucher that I will be forced to use within 30 days, resulting in the inconvenience of having to place a new order which, if less than 100 euros will be burdened by shipping costs effectively making the voucher useless! Very bad buying experience!

Well clearly indicated, cheap prices only I found the Track & Trace long on "status sent" andamp; it took a week before my package arrived, after I sent an email on Sunday I got almost immediately on Monday morning an email back regarding status package, day after my package was just arrived. Website good Communication good Price low Delivery a bit on the long side Therefore I give you 4 stars! A great review but the delivery time could really be faster in my opinion.
