The item I ordered took two weeks to ship, then it came from France to the US, then from the US back to France, then finally was delivered in broken condition. The packaging was only the item inside of a brown box with no protection. I have reached out for a way forward on a replacement or return but haven’t heard anything. You have the best variety of 1/72 aircraft kits of any site I've come across online. I normally prefer not to deal with overseas companies because of past issues elsewhere with shipping, costs, and items not showing up but decided to try 1001Hobbies. Understanding that it takes time for you to get the product from the manufacturer and process the order, I'm not sure that the 10 weeks it took for my latest purchase to arrive will be acceptable as a regular practice.
