I received my order with the products wrapped in gift wrap as requested.

Neatly delivered. It took a long time though

Not once received a complete order and certainly not within 2 weeks as indicated, make it 2 months. Don't fall for it you can just whistle for your stuff or money! If you don't go after it yourself mail.

Wide choice. Information on delivery time could be better. Took with like a month before package was delivered.

I am very satisfied

I asked them to cancel the order before it was shipped and they would not cancel it claiming it was already shipped. Two days later I got a notification that the order had just shipped. I did not send it back because of the high shipping costs.

Order lead time

Everything as described, but the additional safety labels were stuck over the original paint manufactorers label and code numbers. Find somewhere else to stick them!

Articles in stock on the site ordered on the 16th but delivered after Christmas.

After two months we learned that some items are not available and therefore waiting so long for delivery is not okay

The figurine is superbly packaged! Well done to the staff for their diligence in sending out the parcel! The only problem I have is with the information on the website. The shipment was scheduled before Christmas by chronoposte, written in black and white and trusting the information on the site, I bought it delighted that it offers and ensures such a fast shipment. After the purchase, the site told me that it was out of stock. Disgusted by this unpleasant surprise, I felt a bit ripped off by the erroneous information that had been divulged. A delighted and satisfied customer is above all an informed customer. Despite everything, the after-sales service is very fast! The package was meticulously packed and dispatched as soon as I received the figurine in their warehouse.

Little information with the products, otherwise fine site

Order shipped 1 1/2 weeks later, and after having to threaten to file a dispute with PayPal. Order received with the wrong paint color. It was for a birthday, so not only did I not get it on time, I also got the wrong color. Unpleasant greeting and open paypal dispute, they're getting away with it, but I paid for a product I didn't order and ended up giving a gift without being able to paint the figurines. This is obviously a recurring problem with the site, and I should have checked the reviews first. I would never recommend this site, nor would I recommend it to you.

Product selection and quality

Super site with a very interesting choice, fast delivery _ Downside = Mondial Relay: package opened and searched before drop-off at relay point_ luckily remained complete ...

You still can't figure out that I've picked up my package!

All good, but shipment arrived late and without precise directions (one day I looked and it still gave as arrival date two days earlier...)

Seems easy enough to navigate, there are interesting articles and parts, useful little information on some articles that helps to understand.

The prices are very fair considering everything, and there are figures that I have not found elsewhere! The quality is obviously high as the figures are original, and the (free) shipping was very fast. There are *some* figures with higher prices, if you want to save money on everything you will have to buy from more sites besides this one, but I have noticed that if an order is very large the margin of savings is greater. Good service in any case, and the items arrived safely packed and without any damage.

I placed an order that never arrived but was debited from my account. I had to call back several times to finally be told clearly that there had been a bug with my order and that I should place it again immediately! And of course with a commercial gesture! I finally received my order more than 1 month later, but of course I didn't even get an apology or a commercial gesture, even though they had told me on the phone!
In short, I don't recommend this site because I didn't get my gift when I wanted it and no apology or gesture! Very very very disappointed

Hard to plug into my battery

One brush, without tubular protection, was "stuck", on the bristle side, in the bubble-paper, while the second, of the same reference, was fitted with its protection. On the plus side: fast delivery.

Delivery time respected, the parcel was superbly packaged and protected.
The only downside was that when I asked about the status of the order, the after-sales service told me it wouldn't be available before January 2024. 3 days later, the order was delivered!

I asked them to confirm that the product was as in the photo, as they had sent me a different model on another website. They confirmed that it was as in the photo. When I received it, it was NOT as in the photo and consequently, I requested the return. To my surprise, they told me that I must pay the return shipping costs. A real scam of a company.
