Order incomplete, reported by mail awaiting a return

À l'avenir je souhaite être contacté en Français. Ma commande passée le 24 août a été livrée le 11 septembre, ce délai est beaucoup trop long. Cela est justifié par un article manquant pour lequel j'ai reçu une note de crédit sous la forme d'un bon à valoir... une note de crédit implique un remboursement et aucune autre formule n'est acceptable. Compte tenu de la médiocrité du service je n'ai pas l'intention de faire usage de ce bon à valoir. D'autant plus que si j'en fais usage, je serai facturé des frais de livraison. Pour info, ces produits sont disponibles sur d'autres sites de vente et en général 30% moins chers.

when they don't have the product, stressing the wait

Firstly, my apologies for not replying sooner.
I received my husband"s Fiat BR-20 1/72 on 29.7.23, and subsequently, on the 12.8.23 another Fiat BR-20 plus the Junkers Ju 88A-4. Would it be possible to return the Fiat Mask?
All of the masks are apparently 'the best that can be found'! Praise indeed!
I look forward to hearing from you regarding the Fiat BR-20 Mask being returned.

It's the delivery that spoils everything because the rest is fine, just as I wanted it. But the package I received was open. Nothing was missing but it looks bad as a first impression I even took a photo.

This company did not ship my order until a month after it was ordered. It was only when I requested to cancel the order as I had to order from somewhere else that they decided to ship it out!
The customer service team were not good or helpful.

Fluorescent shades are difficult to apply evenly. Any advice?

The shipment arrived several days late and you could not see the tracking of the package. A couple of the letters arrived stained. Otherwise fine.

Nice case, but slow to ship

The content is fine, but when an article is missing and you wait 2 months without news, the follow-up could be better so that at least the rest is sent beforehand. Without any protest on my part, this could have gone on for 6 months or even longer! ! That's not very serious when you're paying in advance.

I am very unhappy because I have not received my order after one month but you did charge it.

Order conformed to my request and was delivered as expected. But what's a pity, is that there's a lack of advantages in some models from Hasegawa or Tamiya in 1/48 that I can't find any more.

The delivery took quite a long time. The products were as expected and very good!

Only I thought it would come to me from Italy instead of France, but some Italian sellers especially if not from my area, they take longer....

Did not receive my package (it was shipped to Germany with LaPoste, where can that be?) no response to the support ticket , no one answers the phone.... never buy anything from here again!

My experience was quite bad. Before buying the product I asked for information to make sure, in addition to taking time to satisfy the mail since by phone impossible, they tell me one thing and then send another (I have it all in writing).
They take a long time to serve order and now to return a thousand laps since obviously they have not sent me what they said it was .... sorry but in my case I can not say anything good about them.

Shipping can sometimes take a while but overall very happy

I ordered some paints, which were available at the time I placed the order, the shipment was delayed because 1 then 2 items were missing, so the shipment took a long time, but was still well packaged, except that, I don't know why, they stuck labels on the paint cans, and it was no longer possible to read the reference, so yes, I know the difference between white and black, but I ordered several shades of brown, and frankly I'm having trouble finding the right references, even with a color chart, I would have bought 1 time from them

Crazy site and they made a mistake in the delivery address. Very bad store to flee from....

The gift wrapping leaves a lot to be desired.you could make more effort if you have to pay for it.had to repackage it looked impossible.

My delivery was meant to come in between the 26-29th but came the 30th other than that good company

Hello, I was pleasantly surprised to have the 3 steel pigments. One steel pot was broken but I'm not complaining! Thank you.

as I told you I received a box that was all torn up, you could easily take the products out of the box which was much too big for what was inside very disappointed I will think again before ordering from you.

Average prices, accurate in delivery

Courier send email advising delivery for a Monday but did not deliver till the Tuesday other than that the service was quick

Always delivered in good condition. Only the payment method is complicated. There are no Belgian banks listed. I have to pay via a detour. It is easier to pay directly.

I placed this order using vouchers they had made me to make up for the messes of the previous order, this time the products were available on time but then to complicate things they thought it best to ship with the French postal service instead of a courier as the previous time, so the order took 20 days to arrive, yet the shipping rate was always 7.50 euros.
I will leave you the review of the previous order to understand the situation: they are confusing, some products that were supposed to arrive in a short time never arrived and other products apparently available, while waiting for them to arrive the others disappeared or even became pre-orders. I had to send a lot of emails and make several phone calls while also having to insist that I demanded refunds, which they then did with a couple of refunds and a voucher, which fortunately I was able to spend because there was another item I was interested in. in short out of 5 models I received one that took three weeks to ship despite it being available. in short they are honest in that they refunded what they owed but too dispersive, on the model I received I saved something compared to average prices but it was not worth all the time I had to waste.

I absolutely did not like the packaging : it is not possible to ship a sheet of decals without a piece of hard cardboard in the envelope. My sheet arrived a little folded but still usable, otherwise I would have returned it.

The order was perfect and well packaged. But the delivery time is really long.
