The delivery arrived well and in a reasonable time, I think that the display of the final delivery date to the customer during order placement and tracking can be improved.

Item was poorly packed and suffered slight curving in shipping. Was shipped in a padded envelope and should have been boxed.

The site has a huge range of products. Depending on what you buy, it can take several weeks to receive your order. But the email follow-up is well done. Sometimes prices are higher than elsewhere.

Well packed, but delivery very long was indicated 3-5 days but became 10 days! So for me do not order there again.

Very bad evaluation, products arrived open, one product missing, lack of customer service, below are the dates and events that happened: 16/05 placed the order, the products were listed as available on the site 22/05 after a reminder, they indicate to me that the order has not been processed because one product is missing and they tell me that it is in restock and I can wait. After not even 10 minutes they tell me that the order will only be partially filled because they will not restock it. I accept but ask for a refund on PayPal for the missing product, in the meantime I notice the different negative evaluations and at 5:16 pm of the same day I request the cancellation of the order. 23/05 as soon as they open they tell me that the order is not cancelable(which is not true because the order is being processed and has not yet been delivered to the French post office) in the meantime to the requests for the refund they tell me that I can at most return the product and request a refund, but not the shipping costs, among other things the return costs are also my responsibility.
25/05 the order is started to process by the French post office(after I reported these delays to PayPal) 29/05 the order arrives packed at best(badly), the products are opened and not sealed in cellophane, which would have been impossible for me to make the return because the gentlemen of 1001hobbies want the product packed and sealed...
31/05 thanks to the help of PayPal I manage to get the partial refund that I had asked for.If you buy from them do not use the card or transfer, use PayPal to which go 5 stars for assistance against these pseudo sellers.Absolutely negative experience, I have already reported the fact to the play associations to which I belong, I think we will not use them again.

Price was good. The communication was more than poor. No shipping confirmation or email that the order is being processed. Shipment after 4 working days. The package arrived 2 weeks later. Was already afraid it was a fake store.

I think that charging 7€ for shipping is a bit excessive, considering that the order is dated 05-13-05 and received on 05-22-05. I also think that a minimum order of 99€ to not charge shipping is too much. By the way...Revell has a Wolskagen model in 1:9 scale almost 100€ cheaper than you guys, not to say which platform I'm going to buy it from. Thanks

Fast shipping, nothing to complain about, but I paid 2 euros to wrap the box of figurines and I was really disappointed because it was really done on the fly, the packaging is ugly, you can see part of the box, the tape is not discreet, in short! Go there with your eyes closed and spend 2 euros on gift wrap, it's more profitable ^^

Easy, fast delivery

Very practical and easy to use, only delivery was later than anticipated.

The goods and delivery are great. But partial refunds don't work at all. It's a good thing I paid via Paypal, otherwise I would have lost the money. And they made a few cents too. Sad.

The preparation of the order plus the delivery takes too much time. This is the reason why I can't buy certain items.

WELL, HAVING RECEIVED PAINT THAT WAS COMPLETELY DRY, YOU PROMISED TO REPAIR IT, BUT IN THE LAST ORDER THERE WAS NO COMPENSATION.

The parcel took a long time to arrive (in fact it was because of the supplier) but that's not a problem. On the other hand, I asked for the option "emballage" except that ~15% of the packaging was missing (2 sides were missing)

Customer service is very good, but on the site it says that a product is available and then 1 month later it tells you that it's out of date (2 times on the same figurine that I'm still waiting for...) So be sure to check your suppliers' stocks!

The navigation on the site ok, customer service ok, but the delivery with problems for saying that the street number was missing on the package, when it had it on it. I don't understand it.
