At the time of writing this review I have had to wait 6 weeks for one item, the other is yet to be delivered. There was no contact from them, I had to chase several times to find out what was going on. Very poor customer service and really bad business practice. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Order placed on 25/11/2022 for Christmas. All items were marked "in stock". Received part of the order in December, another part in February and there is still one item missing which I hope to receive before 2024. No commercial gesture, no word of apology.

Everything was great. I would give an excellent review except that the tracking was not very informative. Since I travel frequently I rely on tracking to help my scheduling. Sometimes I have to let friends and family know that a package is arriving. I don't like leaving things out by my front door because of other people stealing objects from doorsteps.

I would like to use your request to reiterate my dissatisfaction with a subsequent order. for this order nothing to say that allows me to realize my diorama but that I will have to put it at the stop, indeed I made a complement registered under the number B00VGISMD (1 tank and paintings) to finalize my work that I must offer to a friend, however, when I opened my parcel, the contents didn't correspond to my order (3 planes and decalco), so I called customer service, sent an e-mail with photos, and expressed my dissatisfaction in the satisfaction survey - to date, no return! in view of the non-returns on your part I don't see why you should tackle the problem because if it's like my previous intervention I wouldn't have any returns, all I'm asking is to receive my initial order and return the wrong parcel to you.
