Problems arose with my order. I had no confirmation of my order or payment. Eventually I contacted the. They gave me a date but there was still no delivery. Item finally delivered from France….enormous cardboard box, tiny item.

Delivery time months after purchase without communication. Goods not refunded to date after being returned at own expense. Already written to 4 times. No response. Really not recommended. Constantly receive advertising emails. Never again.

I mistakenly bought a model airplane without a radio control , being a gift I immediately bought always another more expensive model airplane with a radio control . I asked several times to be able to return the first model airplane but received no response . I WILL NOT BUY FROM 10001 HOBBIES ANYMORE .

Easy ordering on the site, well-protected parcel and problem-free delivery. Only downside: stock management, items indicated as "Immediate dispatch" are not necessarily available in stock. In my case, 9 items were ordered and immediately available at the time of ordering, but none were in stock. Apart from that, it's a good store.
