Clear site. Done as promised, shipping ok

I can not give a positive opinion , because although I made a first order that never arrived , nor did I make another that did not arrive. In fact 1001 owes me 40 € received by transfer in June 2022

As for the brushes, nothing to say. On the other hand, the refurbishing kit for my aero was not new. The needle and seal were new, but the rest had already been used. I found dried paint and the tip of the small piece in which the needle was sincerely inserted was bent. Very disappointing. Never again.

It took too long, I am not at all happy with the service, I will never buy here again.

The product was given as available, but I had to wait a few days for it to be restocked. However, I received it in twenty days.

I placed an order in November. The amount due was deducted from my account, but I haven't received anything. When I went to the 1001 hobbies website to find out the status of my order, surprise, it had been cancelled... Strange. I tried to contact the sales department by phone... I couldn't reach them. I finally sent an e-mail. I received the unpleasant surprise that I had to bring proof of payment. Fortunately, I was able to do so. Anyway, I finally received my order at the beginning of January, a few days ago. Not bad for an order placed in November.

I hate to write a bad review about model stores, but this one in particular is just not good enough. It turns out that I order three models, and for one of them they send me an incorrect reference, another model. Nothing happens, it can happen to anyone. As I keep the item intact and sealed, I take pictures and contact them to exchange it for the correct reference. As an answer they practically laugh in my face telling me that it is the same reference, all this in spite of having in front of me the attached photos of the order and of the received model. From then on, silence, they don't answer emails anymore. I am very sorry but this will not happen to me again. From now on, as much as I hate it, I will buy all these items on Amazon, which I know will offer me a better response to any problem. Run away from this French store, it is not worth the risk.

Hello, AIRFIX very good product, HELLER good product, IGN not really great (1/72 figures). As for the models, some of the boxes on your site lack detail in relation to the paints. It would be wise to know the exact color codes when ordering models so as not to have to recommend missing shades. Kind regards.

What was ordered and what was sent were two different things, I am trying to organise a return because what should have been a 20cm figure ended up being a poster

I ordered two items that were "ready to ship right away." Apparently they weren't because I received only one and the second one "due to computer problem" is not even listed in the order even though I paid for it and have a confirmation from PayPal - also the replacement order is for WRONG item even though I explained multiple times which item arrived and which is missing.

Everything worked out perfectly

The carrier used "colis privés" is not reliable. The parcel was dropped off at a relay point even though I had paid for home delivery.

Issue w one if three items back ordered. When raised w customer service I was given a store credit for the missing item. Good comms, quick response.

Purchasing the products is very easy. I was not comfortable with the package tracking service.

Good product in itself, but it was a Christmas present and came unwrapped! Surprise not a success. A great pity.

At the time of purchase the delivery date was December 30. It arrived on January 4th

it's good (rich catalogs, reasonable delivery times, no breakages) but prices are expensive

It took a long time to prepare my order, and a can of paint was missing when I received it. I had to cry" to the after-sales service to get the missing paint before Christmas. Disappointed with the after-sales service but I ended up getting everything, so I'm leaving a few stars...

Long delivery times

It was a bit pricey but I was able to get a hard to find item. It shipped reasonably fast and the product arrived as described in good condition.

Delivery took ages and when arrived item was damaged. Contacted them for a replacement and they are refusing to do until I completely destroy the item! Never had such a request when proof has been sent that it arrived damaged. Avoid them AT ALL COST!

Very disappointed with my purchase. My order was missing an item in the parcel and a second received broken and therefore unusable....
Ordered for Christmas and received a month later, gift missed And finally after sales service non-existent, I'm still waiting for a response to the complaint I made ... I would say only one thing to flee!

Delivery problem and non-matching products still not resolved....

Delivery time too long for an item reported available with immediate dispatch. No response to e-mail inquiries. No telephone response to numerous calls (supposedly because of too many calls, not a credible reason).

Compliant

Wide choice of products, but doesn't bother to reply to emails about orders placed, and shipping is much slower than with competing model-making sites. In short, a store to be avoided.
