Corresponds to what is presented on the site. Surprised when I received it that it was not in a cardboard box but in bubble wrap.

This company has very good products which I would like to continue purchasing. The only thing that is encouraging me to additionally go else ware is the very long lead time from France.

Initially, I was very angry and frustrated with this company for the following reasons:
1. For a week my items had not been dispatched or processed despite the website stating they dispatch items within 48 hours.
2. Because of the delay the main item I had made the order for had sold out. I was issued a voucher to use at a later date on the website but customer care did sort this for me and issued a refund instead, rightly so.
4. I was under the impression the company was fom the UK as they use a UK domain name and website, but they are actually based in France. I was lucky to escape a customs charge.
It was a very stressful process because I felt the website was not very transparent. HOWEVER, the shipping was fairly quick from overseas, the items I did receive are fantastic quality. Once I raised an issue with customer care they were pretty speedy with their replies also. I would use again in the future, but would bare in mind the possibility of a custom charge and order with plenty of time.

Correct condition of the boxes despite the lack of packaging. I paid extra for gift wrapping, which was not done either. Very average.

Ordered on November 13, I had no news until December 22. As a result, I had to buy other gifts to cope. As the kids would say: "That's not cool!

It's a mess to find the right paints according to the references indicated on the model's instructions.

very very bored with my last order

As far as I'm concerned, it's not always easy to find the paints recommended in the model leaflets, as the names and sometimes the references are different between the site and the leaflets. Some standardization would be welcome, and would facilitate the work of "novices" like myself. Otherwise, the number of models is impressive, and delivery times are respected (with the occasional "miss"!).) I've discovered wooden models, which require less tooling than plastic or metal models, and produce beautiful objects. Only one problem = I order faster than I assemble my models, and I'm building up quite a stock i But it's so tempting ...

Difficult to find add-ons and alternatives

Delivery time not as advertised. Ordered on 2/12, material in stock... received on 23/12... that's a bit more than advertised. But otherwise perfect

I strongly advise against it. Late orders, missing and non-compliant products - in short, nothing works... Customer service more than dubious if not non-existent... The phone number is useless, a week of calls and no answers. The problems with my order have still not been resolved... in short, nothing is going right. In a word, flee from .....

Hello, my experience has not been very good, since I ordered a doll on November 8 q was in stock and they were going to send it to me 2 weeks later. When I saw that it did not arrive I sent an email and they told me that it would not arrive because there was no stock. After several emails I managed to get them to send it to me and it arrived on December 20th. For my part the experience has not been favorable. Best regards.

Your paint references are very poorly indicated. Especially Humbrol.

Great choose of models, in various scales and prices. Easy use of site, Is possible easly chose the right model.

I did get what I ordered, but it took a long time and some reminders to get it. I had to ask for updates of what was happening to my order. Good price though, but the next time I might buy the same product to a higher price and get it at once, instead of being unsure of what is happening with my order.

I placed my first order from them and the package didn't even arrive, so did the refund of what I paid.

One of the items arrived crushed, it's for Christmas we haven't opened it but already it's not pretty to offer, might as well buy second hand if the new arrives in bad condition.
The delivery was not reported, and I discovered my parcel hidden in my shed by chance (which is perfect, but a simple sms to warn of the delivery and hiding place is essential). Unfortunately, I discovered it too late to offer it in time before December. Preparation and dispatch are rather long compared with local e-traders.

As it was my first order from you, I can only rate it as good. They also responded well to my inquiry when I was unsure about the product. The only thing that could have been a criminal offense was the way the delivery service dropped off the shipment.

once again, an experience not to be lived, a delivery which is lost, another reedited, then which is not delivered, the 1st order, which is found, then delivered with 3 weeks to wait, but the delivery is incomplete, misses 1 article, they had forgotten it, then after a commercial gesture of 5 €, a misery, and finally the delivery of my brushes, one month after the order, too late I did not need any more, I made otherwise since the order did not arrive.

Unfortunately the description differs from the item I received. According to the picture and (translated) description "Mr Mark Setter" "Mr Mark Softer" was advertised, but unfortunately I received "Mr Mark Softer Neo" and "Mr Mark Setter Neo". The original ones (without Neo) are unfortunately hard to get in Europe and I was hoping they would be available in their store.

The site isn't too bad, the navigation could be smoother, the orders on the other hand, are passable, especially on the paints, full of alarmist stickers on the danger of the product, so you can't see anything, which isn't the case on other model sites.

I didn't give 5 stars because everything is perfect except for the paint pots. You have to remove the label you put on them to see the color code reference ( x or xf...) on the Tamiya pots.

Outrageous. I'm going to ask for a refund because I wanted to cancel my order 10min after seeing it made and had no customer feedback despite my emails. I then saw that you only offered a refund in the form of a credit note with return at cost. This is the 1st and last time I will use your site and count on me to speak badly of your site to my friends and family.
Even worse, I see that I can't give you 0 stars. Bunch of rats.

so, first of all, they never answer the phone then, my order took 3 weeks to arrive, they had lost the package, then they reissued an order, at this time I do not know where it is, then I received my package, the 1st order that was found, but then oh surprise, there was an item missing, surprised they were going to send me another, to make a commercial gesture that I asked them for more, because they hadn't thought of it, they offered me, careful eyes it stings, a voucher for 5 euros, yes 5 EUROS, it scares the hell out of me, apart from that everything's fine.
