Bad service, 2 out of 3 orders I have not received despite several reminders!!!

Pretty extensive selection and I easily found what I wanted. The order was delivered quickly.

Already previously order received late and a missing paint, I said nothing .... Order decals at 25 € and more they are not compliant, received almost crumpled so impossible to apply, instead of going through other dealer you'd better sell yourself your goods. I'll never order from your site again, only problems with you. Never see me again

The item was send very fast and arrived in perfect condition; the item was quite expensive.

Clusters found without packaging when the box was opened (?) and much more serious: one of the clusters corresponds to the canadair CL 215 while the others conform to the box i.e.=canadair CL415...the result is a kit that can't be assembled - the propellers don't match and the upper and lower wing halves don't fit together (one is designed for a turboprop and the other for a star engine...) - the kit is ready for the garbage can - I can't say where the fault lies? with Heller or 1001 hobbies, but the boxes were mixed up.

Delivery problems for my parcel with long waiting times

It overwhelms me that I can no longer choose home delivery but have to pick up my package miles away at an ESSO station.

Allows a wide range of choice due to well-stocked catalogs. Except for one small flaw. Thinners for airbrush colors are not present. A real shame. Otherwise very good service.

Delivery not as fast as I am used to with amazon The product while delivered in order and without damage, highlighted an outrageously poor product that should never be in any catalog. If we then compare it to tamiya or italeri or Revell for the same cost. The company that built the model I requested made a very bad product.

I'm quite satisfied with 1001hobbies.fr's service, but I'm critical of their lack of attention to the orders I place with them. On my 1st order, in which I used Tamiya shades, I asked them in a message to add the main shades that a beginner modeler would need. They added Heller shades, and... Humbrol enamel shades. A nice mix that will be difficult for me to exploit. A pity. I've recommended my missing shades on another site, which is a pity, because if it hadn't been for this incident, I'd have given it 5 stars.

My purchase was held in U.S. Customs because someone at 1001hobbies.com did not fill out complete paperwork. I was required to contact U.S. Customs and give information to them or it would not be released to me. This is NOT good business practice in the U.S. It is not good business practice anywhere. I will seriously have to reconsider before dealing with 1001hobbies.com again.

Fast shipping and order processing. Product conforms to specifications.
However, no protective packaging other than the manufacturer's over-carton (on which an illustration of the product and its specifications are printed). This type of cardboard (very common for tamashii nation products, for example) wraps the packaging as tightly as possible and serves essentially as storage protection. It is insufficient for protection during transport. In the event of a shock, the box is directly damaged, as was the case when the parcel was knocked about during delivery: hole in the over-carton; the cardboard diorama inside is punctured; the box is a mess, with one piece slightly damaged. Finally, 1001 Hobbies has applied sealing tape to the over-carton. It's a good idea, but it's impossible to remove it without damaging the illustration. Frankly, for an action figure at this price, it's a real pain. I know more than one fussy collector who would have lost it.
It's a good thing CCS has protected its product so well, the figure is intact. That's the main thing, and too bad for the battered packaging, I can live with that.

I am going to buy again, but my order had some problems and delays, and the communication (maybe because it was summer) was not the best. Even so, I understand that these things happen, and it is true that, with those difficulties, it was solved.

NEVER ORDER HERE !!!!! does not keep appointments. literally never answer the phone. Call back requests are also not made. returning something is impossible.

NEVER ORDER ANYTHING HERE !!!!!! Bad company, delivery times not according to agreement but 4 weeks after promised delivery date, try to return a product that was not delivered properly and also they do not take that from the post. i tried to call them phone they never answer! and asked if they want to call me but that does not happen either. for warranty you can also not apply because you simply do not get contact with them.

The heller paint pots are dwindling, very small. But 1001 hobbies is the best way to treat yourself.

I have not received the product, it appears again as returned, I have claimed in different occasions the delivery, by phone and email. Today I have requested a refund of the amount of my order.

1st bag received with a large trace of bic pen, after several emails for an exchange (I was first offered a voucher of 10 €), we received a bag perfectly wrapped with plastic protection what did not have the 1st ... but finally the order is perfect!

The website is fine, but my order, which I am now finding out, was not complete.

The site is impeccable and easy to navigate.

Unfortunately, my review can only be negative. I ordered a toy for my 5 year old grandson who wanted it for his birthday which we celebrated the year September WITHOUT THAT GIFT!!! Order placed on August 31 with expected arrival (according to what it says on the website) on September 5 or 6. Then a new delivery date is announced (September 8). Well, today, September 19, I still have not received anything. DON'T TRUST!!!

It's actually a bit long ago considering it was a pre-order. So don't remember very well what my experience was like.

No shipping tracking was provided. It was claimed to be posted by PostNL which has track and trace , totally unsatisfactory
