I'm only giving this rating because you asked me to by email. I honestly can't understand why, you should rethink your automated processes. I find your methods questionable. You can only order things if you become a member. You list items as in stock that you don't have and only offer a voucher as a replacement. I insisted on a full refund by email and of course I got it because I have every right to get my money back and you know that. Unfortunately, I failed to officially cancel my membership.
