I ordered 2 items on December 11th, one advertised for delivery in 7/8 days and the other in 10/11 days, taking into account supply and delivery times. Still received nothing on January 10. Payment collected immediately on order. One item has been back in stock for 15 days and has still not been sent to me. My e-mails, containing precise questions, are answered only partially and very inadequately. VERY DISSATISFIED.

Everything was on my order, on time. Your service was excellent.

I never received my package. Not even after contacting customer service. I suspect scam. Luckily it was only 20euros

I have to say navigation on the web site is user friendly and good communication.

easy to order, payment taken quickly and invoice sent waited for goods and nothing arrived i contacted and was told a delay on stock arriving but i would get my goods soon. almost 3 weeks later still no goods or correspondence, i contacted again was told out of stock and would not be getting more offered another item or refund so i ask for refund which as been confirmed but told it will take up to 14 days for me to get my money back. when i paid my money was taken within 24 hours but they cant refund me quickly??? also although they say no stock of my item it is still being offered for sale and site says in stock ready to ship within 3-7 days. as a first time customer to this site i would neither recomend to others or return myself. i am still waiting for refund of my payment

Order on 13/12/21 6 to 10 days. Today 10/01/22 still no receipt status in preparation DEPLORABLE first and last time I order on this site and I cross my fingers to receive the order. Questionnaire of satisfaction when I have received nothing INCOMPREHENSIBLE

I'm writing this note because I still haven't received my package even though it was for Christmas and my princess was disappointed because she didn't have her gift that I'm still waiting for.

Order placed on December 1st for a product listed in stock. After 2 emails to the customer service department, I was told that delivery would be impossible for Christmas as I was being restocked. Parcel sent out and returned because wrong address given! Finally delivered on January 8.
The product ordered is nevertheless in order.

One month after my order, I still haven't received anything... And from what I've read on the web, 1001hobbies.fr is no stranger to this... And of course, there's no way of contacting them directly.

1 month to deliver a Christmas gift. Delivery method changed without updating address. Changed the item ordered, then finally received the item ordered. Incomprehensible meli melo in the e-mails received. Never seen such a poorly organized company.

Very disappointed this is the second order in less than a year and it's the second time we don't receive our parcels in time, the first time 3 weeks and now we're already at almost 1 month, it was just a gift for my son for Christmas, ordered on 14/12 and to this day still not received ;(

Ordered 150 euros twice. Both times had neat updates of the order including shipping codes from postnl/dhl. Unfortunately no shipments appeared on sent and did not receive. Sent mails to supplier without any response. Either it's a scam or it's a company that has a lot to improve. In both cases a must

Order still not ready, impossible to cancel easily on the site to receive only available products. A real disaster of ergonomics.....
