I think the Transformers are really great, nothing is broken and they look really realistic, I can only recommend them further

Months of delay compared to the estimated shipping date of an item included in my order and, when they finally receive it, they cancel two other items that were supposed to be in stock and were only waiting for the other. Of course, zero explanations. First purchase and last.

Package and packaging of the contents were damaged upon arrival.

THE DELIVERY ARRIVED VERY LATE and it was for my nephew's birthday. 0 tracking and on top of that they say they tried to deliver it one day and that's a lie.

They took longer than expected to have the product in stock but I was already warned that it could happen. The communication with them has been very good and overall everything excellent.

Great experience, the product I had pre-ordered was no longer available, I contacted customer service, and they responded immediately and found a solution that could meet my needs, they were very courteous.

Shameful packaging, hidden fees, and bad faith customer service for collectors. Avoid this store if you are buying collectible items. I ordered an Aniplex figurine for over 300 €. Despite subscribing to their 1001Prime service (€14.99) and paying €14.10 for Chronopost shipping, the product was shipped without any rigid protective box, simply wrapped in bubble wrap and opaque black plastic film. Inevitable result: the original box (an inseparable element of value for a collector) arrived completely destroyed (crushed parts, torn cardboard, deep creases). The worst part is the Customer Service response: They claim that delivery was "free" while the invoice proves that I paid over €29 in fees and delivery services. They absolve themselves by stating that I needed to pay a "packaging option for €2.50" to hope to receive a rigid box. It is unacceptable to charge extra for the basic packaging essential for the safety of a product at this price. They refuse the exchange and the strict application of the Legal Compliance Guarantee, offering a ridiculous credit of €30 to force me to shop with them again. No respect for the customer or collectible items. Case forwarded to SignalConso (DGCCRF). Think twice before ordering. 1001hobbies also has the audacity to ask me to contact them via your email address on the Trustpilot review while it is precisely on this address that Customer Service (Alison, ticket n°630647) opposed a non-receipt response by offering me a simple credit of €30 and claiming that I needed to pay for "extra packaging at €2.50" to receive a rigid box. They already have all the documents (invoice, photos) in the discussion thread. I am waiting for a real bank refund or an exchange, not automated responses on review sites.
