The shipment to Spain was fast and the seller very friendly and attentive. The quality of this engine Nstar 4.6 cc hpi at all times is noticeable when removing the warranty seal that comes in its original box Hpi. Inside there is an air filter and an Allen key instructions stickers plus the engine that comes well wrapped in bubble wrap. I recommend the store has very good products in general. The shipping cost are too expensive I paid 14 pounds for a model that I purchased on 11th February and isn't arrived yet today I tried to contact the UK number phone number but the telephone seems to be out of servicedefinitely I won't to purchase anymore from this site

Thank you for your reply. Does this mean that you will cancel the order and refund my payment? My parcel has been sent to me, but was then returned back to 1001 Modelkits because the paperwork wasn't correct. I have no idea what has happened to it now - I have emailed them twice but have had no reply. This is very poor service and is a big disappointment. It was my first order from them and I doubt if I will order again. The complete lack of communication, apart from automatic messages such as this request to rate them, is the biggest problem. I just want my order to be delivered!

I have still to receive my purchases, I was advised delivery would be on 5th February but that did not happen. I was then advised it would very soon but still waiting for delivery to take place. No further correspondence from seller. Still waiting for delivery.

I paid 799€ for delivery (using Mondial Relay) for a figurine that looks like a miniature ... All for 25€ ... I wouldn't recommend this
