an order shipped 3 weeks after purchase even though the products were not out of stock! The result was a birthday present that arrived after the due date... I called after-sales 3 times, only to be told each time that it would be shipped the next day... the next day from when? next week? What nonsense! No apology or commercial gesture on their part!
