I ordered on Tues parcel arrived Saturday. Really fast service product hobby boss brilliant packaging and great quality model. ONLY COMPLAINT. was that the Currier HERMES didn't try to deliver that parcel to me. I was in the house car on the drive. And they just left a parcel worth £250 in the garden waste bin... Not a very good Currier.

Order placed at the beginning of October with all products in stock on the site. The sum was debited from my account 3 days later even though the parcel had still not been dispatched!!!! 2 weeks later I phoned the customer service and was met by a charming person who assured me that I would receive the parcel in two days....... guess!!!!!!! Nothing after two days. The following week I call back and get the same person who's sorry and tells me she's seeing her boss about my order and has to call me back or send me a text message....... guess!!!!!! I'm still waiting for the sms!!!!!..... I call back the following week and again come across the same person and tell him of my dissatisfaction and request a refund for my order. He understands my request and guarantees that I'll get my refund at the end of the week...... guess!!!!!!! I had to call again the following week to find another person who finally refunded my money. In short, the site doesn't send orders and doesn't honor customer requests..... I've deleted my account. There are many other more competent sites in France and abroad.

The catalog available is very well stocked you can also find items that are very difficult to find elsewhere. Excellent service and order management with timely status updates via email. Also very good fulfillment timelines (for product available or coming in - don't know about products to be restocked) despite the contingent covid-19 situation slowing down logistics.

A week later my package did not arrive at its destination. Truth is the courier's fault but it was not my choice who I ship to. Maybe it is time to change your courier company. And I was not cheap!
