Update,,, received package on October 13 . It took approximately 9 weeks wasn't sure if I would ever see it everything was fine Have not received package,, three weeks out so far. Cannot get any info as to whom the delivery company is ,, ie,,USPS,FedEx, UPS,, etc etc etc..I do have info that my package has arrived in the US,,???not impressed!

Hello, I am very satisfied with my package. 1001 Hobbies replaced the decal that was missing on delivery and a canopy that was damaged before arriving at my home, free of charge.

Found desired item at 1001 Modelkits I looked everywhere in the USA for this item. It was either sold-out of no longer in production. My search lead me to 1001 Modelkits in France. They had a Ki44 that was out of production and hard to find anywhere, THEY HAD THAT TOO!!! I needed an Eduard interior set for the 1/32nd Hasegawa Ki61, and there it was, Ordered up and in about a week I had it on my doorstep. Thanks to all at 1001 Modelkits for helping me finish my model. The model kits are in good conditions.. The delivery was late by one day based on their target date of delivery. Was able to deliver it the following day even it was already very late in the afternoon at around 1700H.

Just don't order!!! Item is damaged I can't send the item back via my customer account none of the phone numbers work and the customer service by e-mail doesn't answer either. I want to return the item and get my money back! It's great that there is a 30-day return option - but it's no use if you can't reach anyone by phone, email or customer account! Just don't order anything!!! EDIT: After my review on this portal, I have now received an e-mail and can send the item back against payment of the postage costs. However, both the item and the packaging are damaged (I had attached pictures to my email), which is probably the fault of the manufacturer and the shipping company. However, the seller and not the buyer is liable for this (entrepreneurial risk and buyer protection), which is why the seller must actually bear the shipping costs. And both telephone numbers (0308 09 35 7 83 and +49 692 045 79 231) do not work.

I've ordered a few things and was kindly given a ��5 voucher to use for my next purchase. When I tried to use the voucher it wa refused. NOT IMPRESSED! My last order was accepted and one model was delivered but the secon""out of stock"". I was not told this until after delivery. NOT IMPRESSED! I have asked for a refund of the out of stock ited. As yet no reply. NOT IMPRESSED! I will not be using 1001 Modelkits again.
