UPS asks me for a price that almost doubles the cost of the product I bought from you and that includes shipping. The main problem in my opinion is that on your site where it is very easy to buy products there is no place for customer service regarding problems, returns, complaints and the like, there is no email mentioned on the site. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the products I purchased from 1001 Modelkits got to my home (from Paris France to South San Francisco Bay Area - California in less than 2 weeks). Prices were reasonable and I am pleased. I'll likely shop there again when I need specialty adhesives and supplies. Very satisfied.
