Great choice of model paints. Delivery took a while but I think that's to be expected at the moment with the pandemic. When I contacted them I got a quick response from customer services to apologise and explain the delay was down to one paint being temporarily out of stock. Overall good service and would use again.

Order processed after two weeks following a complaint. I was given a €10 voucher (which did not appear on my account) but I had to make a claim! I found 1001 modelkits to be a fast reliable and helpful service who I would not hesitate to recommend to any fellow modellers, I will be using the again in future most definitely.

Order made on May 21 payment 8€ for fast delivery 8-10 days (I order because according to the page I get it for 3 June date of a birthday) we are 4 July and I'm still waiting. They put you q have the product in stock and it turns out that I receive mailsa day today that they are waiting for the supplier to send the productomenudo deception. I also have to say that at the time I put the complaint they sent me an email asking me what I wanted to do I asked for a refund and within 14 days they tell you it was returned to me.

Item not in stock despite saying it was, slower than expected delivery, no communication. Initial projection of a delivery date almost 3 weeks away from the order was disappointing. When the delivery date came, with no package appearing, I called up to check what had happened only to hear that the item I ordered wasn’t even in stock (it looked it was when I made the order), and they hadn’t told me. Apparently it’s in stock next week so will now be delivered the week after that for an overall FIVE week wait. Not happy. This should have at least been communicated. Should have ordered elsewhere.

Very satisfied with my purchase""Mini-Z"" and with the site. They were very reactive to my e-mail concerning the delay in delivery compared to what I could read as opinion. No more than 2 days after my complaint I received my order and very well.

Disappointed as it took over five weeks… Disappointed as it took over five weeks to receive my order and there was very poor communication from vendor. Plus the tracking link on the website did not work. Probably won't use 1001 Modelkits again.

Update July 22 ""1001modellbau""-Team probably does not understand German Goods were returned and no refund was made. ->Because goods were not returned and another return bill was created. So once on July 2 a return slip and this was used for the return. Arrived on July 15 at 1001ScheißLaden Now on July 21 again a return slip with the request to return the goods. I am speechless !!!!!!!! My tip is not to order here !!!!!!!!! --------------------------------------------------------- After a very long wait, the parts were delivered. I ordered components from Blackbull for an RC car in blue. The parts arrived in black. After complaint no quick solution is focused but the supplier is contacted in this regard and time is lost further. Never again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Telephone recalmation not possible. Return bill has arrived let's see when the money will be transferred back. Update Goods were returned arrived there on 15.7. On 17.7 after inquiry came the return message from 1001 the package has not yet arrived. -> Recognition super in wrong delivery and super in very slow processes this has nothing to do with COVID19. Unfortunately, one star has to be awarded here see this as a negative star.
