HelloI placed an order at the beginning of November which was never sent. I asked for a refund on November 28, the very day they confirmed that my order had been sent...I then cancelled it and since then I've been waiting for a refund for over 6 weeks...I'm very disappointed and I no longer trust this site. I don't know if I'll ever get a refund... I don't recommend

Very good site at the beginning of December I ordered a model of a Hawker Typhoon Mk.Ib for my father's Christmas. The model was out of stock at the time of purchase, and after waiting a few days, they shipped the order to me by Colissimo, even though I had paid to have it sent by Mondial Relay. I ordered a model kit on the 19th of... I ordered a model kit on the 19th of November picking the express delivery for it to be here before Christmas and it has still not arrived I have emailed then and spoke on the phone saying the item isn't it stock which it should state on the Web page and shouldn't allow you to pay extra for delivery when they don't have it I will not be ordering from here again really bad customer service not happy at all

Very very bad I order on December 22 because the web offered shipping before 30 the 30 sent me message that they do not have it in stock to be sent before January 7 on January 6 again receive the same mail ... I called them on the 30th saying that it was a gift of kings gave them the same mocking attitude do not solve ... Better to buy it in Japan is what they do.... Lousy customer service

Bestelling laten inpakken... Bestelling laten inpakken met een kaartje met opschrift als kadootje. Toen ik het aankreeg na 3 weken wachten ( wat al te laat was ) was dit heel slecht ingepakt en er zat geen kaartje bij. Ik kon wel door de grond zinken van schaamte. Is de laatste keer dat ik hier bestel.
