last order placed for paint and accessories on 101019 order received on 261019 at the relay point in the meantime no information from 1001 hobbies that my order would be late it was when I phoned that they started to tell me that some products were on another site NORMAL or NOT the least they could have done would have been to warn the customer and not wait for him to call. here's the reason why

Hello I took a delivery by collissimo proposed by the site. The result is edifying! -The first delivery was not made even though we had been at home all day (plus I had given my mobile number)! -Second attempt. The delivery man claims there's no name on the box! Bravo, we'll have to get him some glasses! Another day blocked for nothing! -Third attempt. Parcel available from 11h00 at the post office. Result exceptional closure of the office. Of course I paid for this service, it's simply theft and a huge disappointment for my son who was impatiently waiting for his parcel. After 21 days still not received my package. After contacting customer service by e-mail to hear from them, I got a fairly quick response, which is good, but I don't give a damn about your order"" grandiose.
