Correct delivery times and very good products

Order placed on June 9th a month ago, they have sent me two messages saying that one of the products had to arrive from their supplier, so far nothing at all. I sent a message through their website asking them to cancel the missing product and send the one they did have.....pues nothing from

The whole purchase itself has been correct but 10€ shipping costs for a time of between 7-10 working days seems excessive both financially and in waiting times. If the shipping is free I think those times are acceptable but since you pay 10 € should be given a better service.

Good selection of products good prices. Only complaint was that delivery was a little bit slow but not a dealbreaker for me as long as I get the stuff I ordered and it is intact!

Fast order and delivery! Good paint quality

As much as I had nothing to say about my first order, for my second order I received a faulty product that I reported over a week ago... and still no response from the after-sales service. Update from 18072019 : I'm lowering the rating by one star because I followed their instructions given in response to this message and 10 days later... still nothing. Update from 03082019: More than 5 weeks after my complaint I no longer expect anything from you. Maybe I'll go back to the competition for my next orders. UPDATE from 05082019: And have you checked that my messages aren't going to spam? UPDATE from 15082019 : I tried from another e-mail address on August 8. Since I've had no reply from you, I assume that you're the one who's been trying to contact me.

total disappointment! I ordered an airline bag that I knew well because I already owned a similar bag that had outlived its usefulness. So I ordered a new one here because I couldn't find it anywhere else... But disappointment when I received the product ... it does not correspond at all to the product ordered ... I ordered a small shoulder bag similar in every way to the one I already have, based on the photos and description. Instead I received a travel bag the size of a cabin suitcase with a handle and not a shoulder strap. For""non-contractual photo"" is not indicated anywhere... so I don't have a bag to take on my flight in 4 days I'll have to settle for something else and pay an unexpected sum for it! I'd like to be able to get in touch with the site to resolve the situation as soon as possible. You seemed to be a serious site, so please live up to your image. cord
