Good evening My previous reply to your satisfaction survey not having been followed up by you, I am contacting you again and repeat: I am very dissatisfied with the""Space Shuttle"" which was received with a broken fin that seems to have already been used and whose assembly was difficult due to imprecise adjustments. In short: very low end. I would prefer to have this item returned with a refund or credit note. The whole purchase itself has been correct but 10€ shipping costs for a time of between 7-10 working days seems excessive both financially and in waiting times. If the shipping is free I think those times are acceptable but since you pay 10 € should be given a better service.
