On August 11, I placed an order Several times contacted both by phone and email Apparently I am always kept on the line After more than a month I still have not received anything On the website it says that my order is canceled but is paid Edit: On October 9 I received a part of the order Shortly before that I was informed by a friendly employee from France about the cause of an apparently exceptional problem After receiving this part of the order this nice lady called me again to explain why the last part is still taking some time Service from her is very good Of course not pleasant to have to wait so long for the stuff Suspected cause of problems is the computer system of 1001

Negative I placed the order on 3108 and I haven't heard anything more payment in advance with pay pal I wrote two mails but I haven't heard back

I placed an order for 3 models and although they arrived on time, the packages were wrapped in plastic without protection or warning of fragile package so I have received broken packages and one of the models was broken. I have contacted customer service and at first they answered me quickly but when I got to the point of accepting one of the options they gave me they did not give me any sign of life and after 3 emails within 3 weeks to give them time to respond I'm still waiting.

Well stocked site with lots of good quality material attractive prices. Unfortunately there were problems with the shipment not so much for the delivery time but for the tracking of the package you didn't know where it ended up however everything ended up for the best and certainly the fault was the post office. Only flaw is that the model arrived with a broken tail (solvable problem however annoying since the model is new and of a certain cost) should improve the packaging before shipping. However professional site highly recommended.

Like many others, I've noticed that the packaging leaves something to be desired (simply filmed) and that one of the 4 boxes ordered is open (open seals, parts outside the bags = missing parts?). If you want to offer something as a gift, be sure to order in advance (in my case, I missed my nephew's birthday and had to buy something else as a back-up). Customer support answers the phone well, yes. But it's a problem with our logistician"". As for the return order form inside, nothing to do with what I ordered. The return is going to be complicated. In short, for me it's a failure, and frankly a shame.

This was the only online hobby store where I could find HGW scale seat belts. (That's not to say there may be others.) I placed my order thinking that the store was in the United States. It was only after the three weeks it took for the items to arrive that I realized the online store is located in Europe. Otherwise a successful online purchase.
