The same problems as for others, shipping delays not respected. Purchase of several items available for shipping the same day, payment of express shipping fees to receive it the next day as indicated, except that the order is not even shipped the next day but 3 days later... Customer service responds generically when we ask what is happening, and a small note in the message to say that they have longer delays with the change of depot. If this is really the case, it would be good to indicate it ON THE SITE before the order... Everything is more expensive than on other sites as well. Prefer other solutions for your purchases.

PACKAGED VERY BADLY: there was nothing inside to prevent the bottles of thinner and everything else from banging around during transport, resulting in a "mirror" sheet from Hasegawa, which cost 30 euros, arriving all crumpled.
