Reasonable price for merchandise. Correct delivery time and costs. My lead time was a little longer due to payment by cheque. Payment processing time is a little longer by post than electronically. Awful service Good were only shipped after nearly 2 weeks ( despite showing as in stock ), they were only shipped after I said to cancel the order. Up until that point all I was getting told was that the goods will be sent soon. Furthermore the goods weren't sent by royal mail but by hermes , they very rarely deliver down my road. Oh and the items were left on my doorstep.

delivery time too long and explanations of delivery times anything but clear: order validation time + delivery time expressed in working days + delivery time. In the end, an order placed on 82 was delivered on 202. By the way, I ordered a Humbrol (HU033) enamel paint and received an acrylic paint.
