Product and Revices Review I love the plane models I even enjoy watching it the only thing that I was disappointed is that my recent order that the plane model was so small and even the service was to slow to come up with the solution. I have sent a complain letter regarding with my recent order but there was no response to what was the mistake.

Reasonable price for merchandise. Correct delivery time and costs. My lead time was a little longer due to payment by cheque. Payment processing time is a little longer by post than electronically. Awful service Good were only shipped after nearly 2 weeks ( despite showing as in stock ), they were only shipped after I said to cancel the order. Up until that point all I was getting told was that the goods will be sent soon. Furthermore the goods weren't sent by royal mail but by hermes , they very rarely deliver down my road. Oh and the items were left on my doorstep.
