I placed an order last 0608 and still have not received it. Apparently there was a stock problem which was not indicated on the web at the time of purchase and the last news I have are from last week. I have tried to get in touch by all the phone numbers listed and it is impossible and via email I have not received any response. Very little series

Great Planes Super Sportster 40 Ordered a Great Planes Super Sportster 40 ARF kit at a good price from 1001 Modelkits and was pleased with the service. The kit took a couple of weeks to arrive but with the free postage and competitive pricing, that was fine. Will order from 1001 Modelkits againg, very pleased with the Great Planes kit!

Where is my order I ordered a couple of masking sets on August 11, 2016 I received a note on August 12, 2016 that my order was processed and that my payment was received. I have yet to receive any correspondence with a ship date or DHL tracking number. I have since sent 2 more request and no answer. This is not the way to run a business. The sets I ordered were in Stock.
