I placed an order 20 days ago and it has not arrived. Not only is it not arriving, but I have tried to contact them via telephone (being an international call) and via email several times and I get no response. Worst online shopping experience ever! I ordered a Tiger tank (Academy - 1:35-AC1348) on 7th of november. I got an email saying that my order was being shipped on the 9th of november. Then nothing happened for a long time. I sent them an email on the 24th of novemeber asking what was happening with my order - NO answer. Then I sent more emails - still NO answers. On the 7th of december I complained to Pay Pal, And then finally on the 12th of december I got an email saying that my order somehow got lost, and now is out of stock and that they would refund my money. Today on 16th of december I got my money back. The Tiger tank is still listed on their site - shipped within 10-12 days. A bunch of drunk monkies would do a better job than these guys. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.
