I found the model paint I wanted with cod

Not impressed! Wrong size, wrong materials and unwrapped and they took almost 2 weeks to arrive. Category: Diecast models Fiat 500 Blue +500C Pink x 2 1:43 I ordered the advertised diecast models which were supposed to be a Fiat 500 in Blue and a 500C in Pink in 1:43 scale. What I received was 2 number Fiat 500's in Blue and 2 number 500C's in Pink in 1:87 scale in plastic. I also paid an extra £1.70 for gift wrapping, which was a paper bag! The quality of the products are excellent but they are not what I wanted or ordered! Wrong size, wrong materials and unwrapped, also they took almost 2 weeks to arrive. Additionally, when I checked my order on the website after they arrived, it had changed to what they delivered but the scale is still listed as 1:43. In summary they state that this product is no longer available - Which product is no longer available, the 1:43 Scale Die Cast Models or 1:87 Plastic Models? Luckily, my daughter, for which they were a Christmas present is happy with them.

On December 11 I made a purchase for Christmas. Well, without any communication on January 4 they had not delivered the package. I look on the page my order and I see that it is in refund status and I have not ordered it so they have canceled my order without notice and have not even replied to my mail. A disgrace of a company and a disgrace of service. I will never buy from them again.

I placed my order on December 17th for a product""supposedly"" in stock and which I paid for on the spot. Despite being processed the next day it was not shipped until a week later. Then the shipment has taken 10 more working days to arrive (15 calendar days). Not to compare but a fellow hobbyist placed an order on another site on December 30 and on January 5 he had it at home and was able to deliver his gifts on time. If the transport company they work with does not work, maybe they should be able to deliver the gifts on time.

The same day of placing the order I read very bad reviews about the delivery service so I wanted to stop it as it was important that it was here for Epiphany. They had not even prepared the shipment and did not want to make the refund only a voucher that obviously I did not want so I continued with my order...although they told me that it would be here at the end of this week they just wrote me saying that they still do not have it or them. They will let me know. I do not understand nadapague 15€ for the fastest shipping! If they can not meet the deadlines refund the money! Otherwise they are keeping the customer! The worst thing is that I tried to find the same model for me to arrive on time and Amazon had it in two days!

I had ordered on 1612 a model for a christmas gift by paying the fast delivery service and by paying the gift wrapping option ...in total the package arrived on 2612 and no gift wrapping !!!!! so very disappointed I will not order anymore on this site

Too bad I can't contact them by phone! I didn't receive an e-mail to let me know when the parcel had arrived. The relationship aspect needs to be improved. Otherwise, I got my parcel on time and I'm satisfied with the service.

Very well designed site, I always enjoy using it. Wide choice of layouts. The menus are clear and well designed. The many advanced search options allow you to narrow down the list sufficiently. In the list obtained, the model box drawings are clearly visible without taking up too much space. Packages can be picked up at a nearby relay station. My only complaint is that the search and display time is too long after each click on a search option: 10 to 15 seconds, even though I use a very fast Internet connection. If you have to check 5 boxes to get the list you want, it takes over a minute for it to appear. To reduce this time, I'd need to be able to click on all the desired options first, and only then launch the search.

Hard to find model purchased from 1001 models. Perhaps overpriced for the contents of the box but otherwise all very efficient and well organized. Very satisfied.

Okay order received quickly

The products offered are really many for all needs and of quality. In terms of assistance and information, the service is also of quality. The time elapsed between order and goods arrival considering that the payment is in advance goes a bit long. One criticism for the handling of missing products: the transformation of the value into a discount for a subsequent purchase does not seem correct to me especially in case incomplete orders are repeated.
