A reliable on-line business that stocks items unobtainable anywhere else. This was my first purchase from 1001 Modelkits, and it was an entirely positive experience. I was searching for an out of production aircraft model, and this company was one of two places world-wide that indicated it was available. I ordered the item from both places. 1001 Modelkits kept in regular communication with me, indicating when the item would be shipped and when it was shipped. It arrived in perfect shape within a reasonable period of time. The other seller has not communicated with me, and I still have not received the item. Based on this experience, I hope I have the occasion to do business with 1001 Modelkits in the future.

I placed an order for two items after a reminder 10 days later and still had not received the parcel. After the 3rd message, I was told that one item was not available in the color I had ordered. Having accepted, I received my parcel but I only had one article out of two. I was told that they didn't know when it would be available. I was therefore charged on the date of my order and to this day there is still no sign of life from customer service. I strongly advise against ordering

The order was placed on Jan. 13,2013 and it arrived on Jan. 29,2013-over 2 weeks for delivery is unacceptable. More importantly, the planes arrived at my home and now I have to pay shipping to send them to him. Very disappointing!

Hello, I've ordered a Corsaire model from trumpeter at 132. You had it in stock. This one was ordered I believe on December 22 and after two letters of complaint on my part I only received it on January 10. I'm not complaining about the quality of your products, but your shipping service leaves a lot to be desired.

order 13652 for my son Luc 12 years. ordered 5 penceaux two models and paint well received except there is just 1 brush. Reclamé reponse: c'est toujours vendu seul. Bizarre because the foto was well 5 and or 3 brushes for 2.60 approximately. I return to the site and surprise ........ fotos of brushes times 5 or faith 3 have disappeared. Slightly long order processing times. The fact that there is no stock and that orders are sent directly to the various suppliers has a lot to do with this. Otherwise, there's nothing to say, the products received are as ordered.

very slow shipping, slow customer service response time i thought the selection and pricing was pretty comparable, if not slightly lower than a few other places for the parts i was looking at. they also had the specific combination of parts, which i would have had to order from multiple places to get. but there was almost a full 3 weeks between ordering and delivery. while i was notified that the item was being prepared to ship, then another when it was just about to ship, then another when it did ship, i did not receive a single email answering my questions regarding the order. i might consider ordering again just for a second chance, but if shipping is the same speed, i'll go elsewhere for what i need...
