I ordered 4 gold USA aircraft lapel pins. The illustrations and detailed descriptions gave a good idea of what the final product looked like, and matched the items received. The size of the lapel pin appeared to be just right. They were. The ordering process was simple. The company kept me alerted to shipping and expected delivery date. The items received were well made, and looked just as illustrated. Missing from their extensive line-up was a DC-3 /C-47. I'll follow-up to see if I missed that one.

In your orders, two products were subject to a long delay, requiring a special order from our supplier in England. The delay for these products is about 4 weeks. However, it is possible that customs may have held up the order, which is the case for the Seminole Warriors 1:72 figurine. This is why this box arrived later than expected.

You have to pay shipping costs and have it delivered to a pickup point by DPD, it's sad to be scolded when you're there, you should have better pickup times listed, it works better. Oh yes, the package could have just gone through the mailbox... Am I getting shipping costs back now?
