Your site is very good, but please don't stick those over-labels on the paint cans, they hide the references and I can't find my way around. To find my way around, I now only order one reference at a time! It's a shame.

I made a mistake in my order and the next day it was totally impossible to contact them to change it, both by email and by the Customer Service phone. I was calling within their schedule every 10-15 minutes and they never picked up the phone. I sent three emails and they answered me after 4 days, when the complete order had already left their warehouse. Now I have to make the return from Spain and pay the shipping costs. Very disappointed with the customer service.

Hello Mr Senne, We regret this error and apologize for the delay in processing your order. We would like to inform you that your car was ordered from our supplier the day after you placed your order. We received the product on 23/12/2024 and immediately handed it over to the carrier on the same day. However, despite all the care taken in shipping our parcels, we regret to inform you that the parcel remained blocked for 4 days (December 23, 24, 25 and 26) on the Colissimo platform in Isère. As a result, delivery could only be made on 27/12/2024. We understand your surprise, but this is a particularly busy period for carriers. We apologize for this delay, which is beyond our control. There's nothing wrong with the paints, but for the brushes "Penseel Dominos" the site displays a set of 12 brushes, whereas the advertised price of 7.39 € corresponds to just one brush. It would be a good idea to modify your site. I am nevertheless entirely satisfied with your services (order tracking, communication and shipping).
