The item I ordered (Gundam L'Frith) is very hard to get elsewhere, 1001Hobbies had plenty in stock, delivered very quickly (earlier than advertised) and the goods are in pristine condition. Great service, will order again!

When you placed your order, it was clearly indicated on our site that this product would be ordered from our supplier and that it would be shipped within 1 to 2 weeks. You'll understand that, with over 200,000 items available on our site, we can't stock everything due to storage space and costs. Therefore, some products are ordered directly from our suppliers. More than a month after 'order and payment I received a partial shipment. My request for explanation was answered by the auto responder with the usual ridiculous phrases. Even today I have not heard from the 4 missing pieces. Bad mo service and bad customer care., the money, however they took it right away,!!!

.....riguardo to shipping times, sometimes you have to be......encouraged.... when asked when you would ship the Nakajima Kate in 1/48 from Hasegawa, I was told that the kit was very difficult to find and that it would take time and patience....Then after 36 h scarce, it turned out..... 2 explanations: either it was a lie and you had forgotten about the Kate and there and then no other valid excuse was found or given the Christmas holiday period, a.......miracle had happened....????..... To me the doubt remained..... Always my respects.....

Stock not updated on the site. I order a product in stock and oh! it's not available, the item has to be ordered from the supplier... in Japan...! The most disappointing thing is that, despite my notification, the item is still available on their site. What a shame. I hope they'll sort it out, because it looks like a serious company.
