First delivery 3 glass containers in a bubble envelope...one broken and leaking. Purchase price refunded plus 5€. Second order one item not delivered but wrong product. German language site suggests that delivery comes from Germany (my personal perception) but comes from France and takes too long in my opinion. You are asked if you want to be contacted about the complaint, you say NO and are contacted anyway. One star is far too much in my opinion. Not recommended!

Hello Very disappointed a late shipment order of February 12 received on 25 no exchange to explain this delay to customers. Difficult to reach you after several attempts we were greeted by a very unpleasant person we just ask if our order was going to be sent.
