overpriced but Christmas present & overpriced but Christmas present & RTS- ready to sail.... Received in short time - great thanks...HOWEVER RTS-Nope. Not even close .Missing rc controller and receiver- not happy... .. sent email via website asked for a bunch of stuff- not good ...nothing put together ie: rigging etc. Called company. Was told Sorry “They always forget..”. Hmmm... but sent right out missing pieces-great thanks HOWEVER .. Received w/Instructions ONLY in French-huh?Really not happy. Didn’t even offer any type of compensation. Not again

A small order lost by the Post Office because not received after 1 month despite being sent by recorded delivery. I informed 1001 Maquettes who resent my order by Chronopost free of charge. Thank you so much for your kindness and excellent service. I highly recommend 1001 Maquettes.

I ordered on the site a millennium model star wars 9012021 on the site there was stock j2 days later on my account 1001 maquettes I see a message that says product unavailable I call the store but nobody responds on the site messaging is phony not even mail to inform me of the unavailability of the product. I'm back on the site today and my account says no history, no credit. I hope you have very good arguments and a sales department that's up to the task, because I'm not going to buy anything.

Well packaged and well presented. I congratulate the company for sending me a package intact and with such speed.

I cancelled an order on December 28 (delivery scheduled for the 30th and the item was not really in stock). The item was nevertheless sent on 05 January. I had to go to the parcel post on January 11 to refuse it. What's more, I received an e-mail asking me to finalize an order that I had never placed. Someone from the company contacted me on January 14 to tell me that it was a computer bug (a bug that doesn't register a cancellation and creates fictitious orders...) and that the transfer would be made by the weekend. And as usual, only promises and no action behind them, apart from an order that will certainly never take place. It's January 18 and I've still got nothing in my account. In short, if you order from them, don't expect to be reimbursed if you cancel an order. Company with inadmissible ways of doing things
